T-Ball is Coming to Stanley!!!

    The Oriole Diamond Club is happy to announce that we will be starting up a T-Ball program this summer at Fandry Park in Stanley.  The program will take place on Saturday mornings in June, starting on June 7 and running through the 28.  We will begin at 9:30am and will end at approximately 11:00am.  A typical day will consist of 30-45 minutes of fundamental practice followed by a game starting at 10:15am.  We encourage all parents and any other fans to attend!!!  This will be a short 4 week program to introduce kids to the sports of baseball and softball.  We encourage anyone that is looking for additional experience to check out the program run by the Boyd Little League, their season runs the entire summer and includes one game and one practice per week as well as a season ending tournament.  

    Advanced registration for Oriole Diamond Club T-Ball will be required so we can split into teams as well as order jerseys for the players.  To cover the cost of the jerseys there will be a $20 registration fee.  A note will be sent home with all of this year's Kindergarten and 4K students sometime in March and registration will open up on the website (www.oriolediamondclub.org/register) at that time.  For now please spread the word!!!
